Venessa M. Malave, 28, of 20 Otis St., Ware, had a charge of cruelty to animal have sufficient facts found but continued without a finding until March 2, 2018, brought by Westfield Police.
Kyle F. Berry, 30, of 14, Bates St., Westfield, received one year probation after pleading guilty to cruelty to animal, brought by Westfield Police.
Hank L. Carroll, 19, of 44 Jefferson St., Westfield, had a charge of assault with a dangerous weapon have sufficient facts found but continued without a finding until Sept. 1, 2017, and charges of carrying a dangerous weapon on school grounds and disturbing school dismissed nolle prosequi, brought by Westfield Police.
Zeven C. Bailey, 27, of 126 Union St., Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a May 2 hearing after being arraigned on charges of conspiracy and false creation or use of sales receipt, brought by Westfield Police.
