David J. Hubbard, 33, of 628 College Highway, was released on his personal recognizance pending a May 1 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of assault and battery and disorderly conduct brought by Westfield police.
Kristin L. Wheeler, 32, of 97 Elm St., was released on her personal recognizance pending an April 17 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of assault and battery on a police officer and disorderly conduct brought by Westfield police.
George H. Terrell, 48, of 97 Elm St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a May 1 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
Pablo A. Baez, 42, of 12 Franklin St., was released on $500 personal surety pending a May 7 hearing after he was arraigned on charge of assault and battery on a family or household member brought by Westfield police. In a second case also brought by Westfield police, Baez was again was released on $500 personal surety pending a May 7 hearing after he was arraigned on charge of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
Sarah M. Phelps, 22, of 71 Berkshire Ave., Southwick, pleaded guilty to a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police and was fined $612.50. She was assessed $50.
Shane R. Fortes, 30, of 126 Union St., saw a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by State Police not prosecuted.
Andrew T. Chase, 31, of 7 West School St., saw charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker and failure to wear a seat belt brought by State Police not prosecuted.
Jose A. Agosto, 27, of 342 Southwick Road, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $600, ordered to complete a Driver Alcohol Education Program at a cost of $707.76 and his license was suspended for 45 days. A charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle was not prosecuted and he was found to be not responsible for a marked lanes violation.
