Kevin J. Malmberg, 25, of 59 Fox St., West Springfield, was ordered to not operate any motor vehicle without a valid license when he was released on his personal recognizance pending a July 11 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, a subsequent offense, brought by Westfield police.
Daniel A. Lisitsin, 26, of 28 Union St., was arraigned on identical charges of receiving stolen property valued more than $250 and larceny of property valued less than $250 brought by Westfield police in two separate cases. In each case, he was enjoined for making any threats or violence toward the victim and ordered to comply with all protective orders. He was held in lieu of $500 cash bail.
Patrick Bousquet, 20, of 129 Grape St., Chicopee, was released on his personal recognizance pending a July 11 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of carrying a dangerous weapon brought by Westfield State University police.
Patrick M. Greaney, 24, of 90 Orange St., was enjoined for making any threats or violence toward the victims and ordered to stay away from them when he submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for two charges of larceny of property valued more than $250 and two charges of larceny of property valued less than $250 brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $90 and ordered to pay restitution of $400.
Elizabeth N. Schnaible, 23, of 48 Rockne Ave., Dorchester, pleaded guilty to a charges of aggravated assault and battery with a dangerous weapon brought by Westfield police and was sentenced to an 18 month term in the house of correction, suspended, with probation for two years. She was assessed $90, enjoined for making any threats or violence toward the victim, ordered to stay at least 100 yards away from the victim and ordered to remain drug and alcohol free and be subject to random testing.
Jonathan W. Mannilng, 22, of 42 Washington St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by Southwick police and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of fees and assessments totaling $100. He was found to be not responsible for a miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation.
Rebecca M. Neveu, 46, of 680 South Quarter Road, Russell, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by State Police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for two months. She was assessed $50.
Cynthia J. Dubay, 55, of 79 High St., West Springfield, was released on her personal recognizance pending a July 11 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, a subsequent offense, brought by Westfield police.
Vadim Y. Solokhin, 22, of 8 Charles St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 26 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker brought by State Police.
Marc H. Belliveau, 38, of 101 Elm St., East Longmeadow, was arraigned on three charges of violation of a protective order, brought as separate cases by Southwick police, and was ordered to have no contact with the victim, except in reference to their child, when he was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 26 hearing.
