Kaitlin L.Palazzi, 21, of 108 Elizabeth Ave., was released on her personal recognizance pending an Aug. 8 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a license revoked for OUI and operating an unregistered motor vehicle brought by Westfield police.
Catherine E. Cassidy, 47, of 60C Danek Drive, was released on her personal recognizance pending an Aug. 8 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and disorderly conduct brought by Westfield police.
Nicholas C. Krupa, 24, of 60 Danek Drive, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Aug. 8 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and disorderly conduct brought by Westfield police.
Matthew Mineau, 30, of 4 Williams St., saw a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police dismissed upon payment of a $50 fee. He was found to be not responsible for charges of operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker and failure to wear a seat belt.
Yaribeth Velez, 37, 15 Fowler St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one month. She was assessed $100.
Mary E. Shevock, 34, of 10 Washington St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, failure to stop for police, and resisting arrest brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for one year. She was assessed $350, ordered to complete a Drug Alcohol Education Program at a cost of $250 and her license was suspended for 45 days. She was found to be not responsible for a charge of operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
Kalynn A. Stark, 25, 15 Jared Lane, Southwick, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of operating an uninsured motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Southwick police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for three months.
Jason M. Gibney, 31, of 4 Charles St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a July 9 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of violation of an abuse prevention order brought by Southwick police. In a separate case also brought by Southwick police, Gibney was released on his personal recognizance pending an July 9 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of making annoying telephone calls or electronic communications and threatening to commit a crime.
Tasha K. Vachon, 20, of 182 Carrington Road, Montgomery, was released on her personal recognizance pending a June 6 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of trespass brought by Westfield police.
Heather G. Lutservitz, 17, of 60 Furrowtown Road, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor and negligent operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for one year. She was assessed $350, ordered to complete a Drug Alcohol Education Program at a cost of $250 and her license was suspended for 210 days. She was found to be responsible for a charge of failure to keep right for oncoming motor vehicles.
