Ann T. Haseltine, 57, of 3 Broadhill Road, West Granby, Conn., saw charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and a number plate violation to conceal identification brought by Southwick dismissed at the request of the Commonwealth. She was found to be not responsible for a charge of speeding in violation of special regulations.

Robert B. Fecteau, 55, of 112 Main St., Apt. D, Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 11 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, a motor vehicle lights violation and a marked lanes violation brought by State Police.

Lucretia L. Raskauskas, 41, of 126 Union St., Apt. 16B, Westfield, was released upon payment of $100 cash bail pending a Dec. 11 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, child endangerment by OUI and a marked lanes violation brought by Westfield police.

Vadym Misiruk, 18, of 13 Madison St., Westfield, was released upon payment of $100 cash bail pending an Oct. 31 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of indecent assault and battery on a person 14 years-of-age or older, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault, assault and battery on a police office and disorderly conduct brought by Westfield police.

Darrell E. Wright, 36, of 126 Union St., Westfield, was held in lieu of $2,500 cash bail pending an Oct. 23 hearing after he was arraigned charges of breaking and entering with intent to commit a misdemeanor, vandalizing property, assault and battery, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest brought by Westfield police.

Charles E. Sagan, 54, of 8 Sally Ave., Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Nov. 1 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor and negligent operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police.
