10:55 a.m.: larceny, Franklin Street, a representative of a Franklin Street discount store reports via an on-line report that a clerk put dollar bills on the counter and left for a moment to find the bills missing when she returned;
11:00 a.m.: larceny, Joseph Avenue, a resident reports via an on-line report that a shipment which was reportedly delivered to his home was not received;
1:37 p.m.: liquor law violation, Elm Street, a patrol officer reports he observed a man consuming alcohol in public, a city ordinance violation citation was issued;
2:30 p.m.: animal complaint, Park Street, an animal control officer reports she responded to a report of an injured cat and transported the cat to the municipal animal shelter;
3:46 p.m.: breaking and entering, Locust Street, a caller reports someone attempted to push an air conditioner out of a window opening, the responding officer reports no entry was gained;
9:29 p.m.: breaking and entering, Miller Street, a caller reports someone is trespassing on abandoned property, the responding officer reports a homeless person seeking a place to sleep was found and sent on his way.
