Sheryl C. Thayer, 53, of 134 Union St., was placed on pretrial probation for three months after she was arraigned on a charge assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
Nikita I. Loboda, 21, of 16A Sunflower Lane, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was fined $100 and assessed $50.
Jose R. Montalvo Jr., 34, of 100 Lockhouse Road, pleaded guilty to two charges of assault and battery brought by Westfield police and was placed on probation for one year. He was assessed $50. In a separate case brought by State Police, a charge of assault and battery on a family or household member was not prosecuted.
Dupree A. Hinds, 28, of 54 Favre St., Mattapan, saw a number plate violation to conceal identification dismissed at the request of the Commonwealth. He was found to be not responsible for a charge of operating an unregistered motor vehicle and for a marked lanes violation.
Matthew T. Jacobs, 32, of 40 Sam West Road, Southwick, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Southwick police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50 and found to be responsible for marked lanes violation.
Edward N. Potter Jr., 45, of 208 Woronoco Road, Woronoco, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of assault and battery and threatening to commit a crime brought by State Police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $50.
Jacob M. Samborski, 25, of 13 Laurel Ave., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 26 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of disorderly conduct brought by Westfield police.
Efrain Diaz, 32, of 76 Hall St., Springfield, saw a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police dismissed without prejudice when the named victim failed to appear in court.
