Gary D. Green, 57, of 421 N. Main St., Leeds, was released on his personal recognizance pending a December 21 hearing after being arraigned on charges of assault and battery, brought by Westfield police.
Justin L. Pouliot, 33, of 22 Rosedell Drive, was released on his personal recognizance pending a December 29 hearing after being arraigned on charges of assault and battery, brought by Westfield police.
Adam P. Cloutier, 24, of 59 Washington St., was fined $100 after pleading guilty to shoplifting by asportation, brought by Westfield police.
