Artiom Zhuk, 26, of 5 Frisbee Terrace, Holly, N.Y., was held without right to bail pending a Nov. 14 pretrial detention hearing after he was arraigned on charges of assault and battery, intimidating a witness, kidnapping and threatening to commit a crime brought by Westfield police.
Daniel C. Rinaldi, 42, of 24 ½ Bartlett St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 30 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
Keely S. Asimakopoulos, 30, of 112 Watson Lane, Ludlow, was released on her personal recognizance pending a March 20 jury trial after she was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor and a motor vehicle lights violation brought by Westfield police.
Gregory D. Overdorff, 27, of 24 Oak Brook Manor, Ravena, N.Y., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan 30 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor and speeding brought by State Police.
Chrystal G. Smart, 42, of 147 Allston Ave., West Springfield, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Jan. 30 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of allowing operation of a motor vehicle by a person with a suspended license and permitting operation of an uninsured motor vehicle brought by Westfield police. In a separate case also brought by Westfield police, Smart was again released on her personal recognizance pending a Jan. 30 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of leaving the scene of a personal injury accident.
Jimmy Cruz, 19, 126 Union Street, was held in lieu of $500 cash bail after he was arraigned on charges of assault and battery and assault with intent to murder brought by Westfield police.
Darnell Bynoe, 33, of 232 Centre St., Indian Orchard, was held in lieu of $100,000 cash bail after he was arraigned on a charge of armed robbery brought by Westfield police.
Gary Powell Jr., 42, of 147 Allston Ave., West Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 30 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, a subsequent offense, brought by Westfield police.
Shaun T. Conroy, 24, of 871 Main Road, Granville, pleaded guilty to a charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle brought by Southwick police and was placed on probation by Judge Philip A. Contant for one year. He was assessed $300 and a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor was not prosecuted.
