Riley M. Garstka, 17, of 17 Brookline Ave., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of breaking and entering with intent to commit a misdemeanor and trespass brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50.
Jeremy K. Michel, 20, of 13 Klondike Ave., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of breaking and entering with intent to commit a misdemeanor and trespass brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50.
Andrew Johnson, 24, of 28 Sharon Lane, Agawam, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of breaking and entering with intent to commit a misdemeanor and trespass brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50.
John Dobozy Jr., 27, of 5 Smith Road, Sandisfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 29, 2013, hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of possession of heroin brought by Westfield police.
Christopher Berrios, 26, of 56 Elm St., Enfield, Conn, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 17, 2013, hearing after he was arraigned on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a motor vehicle lights violation and a marked lanes violation brought by Westfield police.
Christian Cardona, 32, of 93 South Maple St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges operating an uninsured motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and forgery of a Registry of Motor Vehicles document brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50. Cardona saw a charge of aggravated assault and battery dismissed after he was indicted and arraigned on the same charge in superior court.
Michael P. Hogan, 21, of 56 Gilbert Road, Southampton, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 3 2013, hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating an unregistered motor vehicle, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and a number plate violation to conceal identification brought by Westfield police.
Michael D. Haight, 24, of 5 Magnolia Terrace, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 17, 2013, hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and a marked lanes violation brought by Westfield police.
Rene T. Passa, 43, of 8 Cherry St., was enjoined from making any threats or violence and ordered to stay away from the victim when she was released on $1,000 personal surety pending a Jan. 25, 2012 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of larceny of property valued more than $250, credit card fraud of value more than $250 and being present where heroin was kept.
Aaron C. Wright, 33, of 8 Cherry St., was enjoined from making any threats or violence toward the victim and was released on $1,000 personal surety pending a Jan. 25, 2012 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of credit card fraud of value more than $250 and possession of heroin brought by Westfield police.
