Michael Shaker, 52, of 12 Mather St., pleaded guilty to a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police and was placed on probation for one year. He was assessed $50, enjoined from making any threats or violence toward the victim, order to comply with all protective orders and ordered to complete an anger management evaluation.
