Colin M. Radley, 20, of 92 Ridgewood Ave., Milton, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of being a person younger than the legal drinking age in possession of liquor and disorderly conduct brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50.
Christina Duross, 22, of 72 Malden Street, Springfield, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Feb. 13, 2013, hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police.
Angelo M. Figueroa, 20, of 33 Ross Road, Holyoke, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Feb. 13, 2013, hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police.
Diana Hunter, 30, of 7 Nicholson Hill Road, Southwick, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor and negligent operation of a motor vehicle brought by State Police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for one year. She was assessed $350, ordered to complete a Drug Alcohol Education Program at a cost of $817.22 and her license was suspended for 45 days. She was found to be not responsible for a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a license in her possession and a marked lanes violation.
Marlene M. Gonzalez, 31, of 134 Union St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor brought by State Police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. She was assessed $350, ordered to complete a Drug Alcohol Education Program at a cost of $817.22 and her license was suspended for 45 days. She was found to be responsible for a charge of possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation was not prosecuted.

Carol A. Sheldon, 53, of 71 Pontoosic Road, was placed on pretrial probation for six months after she was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
Michael C. Kopeski, 25, of 53 Orlando St., Feeding Hills, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of malicious damage to property valued less than $250 brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for a year. He was assessed $50 and a charge of possession of a Class B drug was not prosecuted.
