Amanda A. Eicher, 26, of 5 Chapman St., Southwick, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Jan. 30 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and operating an uninsured motor vehicle brought by Southwick police.
Michael D. Hacia, 23, of 248 Woodland Ave., Bloomfield, Conn., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor and negligent operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $350, ordered to complete a Drug Alcohol Education Program at a cost of $817.22 and his license was suspended for 45 days. He was found to be responsible for a charge possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation.
Gary Burchard, 51, of 128 Oak Hill Road, Pittsfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 3 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of trespassing with a motor vehicle, dumping more than seven cubic feet of trash from a motor vehicle and trespass brought by Westfield police.
Marilyn Rosario, 54, of 775 Springfield Street, Feeding Hill, saw a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police dismissed upon payment of a $50 fee.
Josue A. Torres, 30, of 23 Frederick St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 30 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle without the registration in his possession brought by Westfield police.
Shannon M. Leyden, 37, of 5 Lozier Ave., was released on her personal recognizance pending a Jan. 30 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of malicious damage to a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police.
Terrance Gorenc, 26, of 86 Bungalow St., Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 3 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of operating an uninsured motor vehicle brought by Southwick police.
Sergey Yanuk, 24, of 45 Holmes Drive, Chicopee, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 14 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of assault and battery and malicious damage to a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police.
Katherine Gutierrez-Rios, 29, of 41 Sycamore St., was released on her personal recognizance pending a Jan. 30 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and a number plate violation to conceal identification brought by Westfield police.
Olivia J. Murphy, 20, of 363 S. Main St., Cohasset, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Jan. 30 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of being a person younger than the legal drinking age in possession of liquor and disturbing the peace brought by Westfield police.
Amanda Baker, 20, of 24 Seventh St., Chelmsford, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Jan. 30 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of being a person younger than the legal drinking age in possession of liquor and disturbing the peace brought by Westfield police.

Larry J. Saccamando, 54, of 189 Springfield Road, was held in lieu of $1,500 cash bail pending a Dec. 3 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of Possession of a Class A drug and possession of a Class B drug brought by Westfield police.
Chad E. Broughton, 38, of 14 Pinewood Lane, Westfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50 and found to be not responsible for a charge of speeding.
Marcus A. Irwin, 32, of 60 Taylor St., Holyoke, was held in lieu of $500 cash bail pending a Nov. 15 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (a subsequent offense), operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker and speeding in violation of special regulations brought by Westfield police.
David M. Dubour, 52, of 130 Valley View Ave., Woronoco, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 24 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by State Police.
Joseph F. Rego Jr., 58, of 9 Cedar St., Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 28 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (a subsequent offense) and failure to stop for a police officer brought by Westfield police.
Christopher Godard, 31, of 11 Gargan Terrace, Southwick, saw charges of operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by Southwick police.
Emily R. Mabb, 23, of 313 Springfield St., Agawam, was found to responsible for charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and speeding brought by Westfield police and was assessed $50.
Jacob A. Depalo, 22, of 68 Cross Place Road, Washington, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50 and charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and operating an uninsured motor vehicle were not prosecuted. In a separate case brought by Agawam police, Depalo again submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and that charge was also continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed an additional $50 and found to be not responsible for a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a license in his possession.
