Brandon W. Sheck, 20, of 199 Washington St., Franklin, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of being a person younger than the legal drinking age in possession of liquor brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50.
Rebecca N. Cardenales, 28, of an address restricted by the court, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle brought by Westfield police and the charges were dismissed upon payment of fees and assessments totaling $100.
Timothy M. Stoops, 34, of 7 Bates St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50.
James E. French, 44, of 593 Montgomery Road, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50 and found to be not responsible for a motor vehicle lights violation.
Norman W. Oliver, 50, of 7 Sackett Street was held pending Dec. 6 hearings in lieu of $1,000 cash bail imposed for each of three cases brought by Westfield police. In each case, Oliver was charged with larceny from a person 65 years-of-age or older and larceny of property valued more than $250 by false pretenses.
Tiffany Sanchez, 25, of 10 King Ave., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. She was assessed $50.
Ricky Rios, 24, of 72 Washburn St., Springfield, was held in lieu of $100 cash bail pending a Jan. 15, 2013, hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker and operating motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police.
David D. Russo, 20, of 176 Heather Hill Lane, Goffstown, was found to be responsible for a charge of disturbing the peace brought by Westfield police and was assessed $50.
Kristian P. Roch, 20, of 68 Franklin St., Stoughton, was found to be responsible for a charge of disorderly conduct brought by Westfield State University police and was assessed $50.
Tyler J. Shank, 20, of 6 Childs Road, Monson, was found to be responsible for a charge of trespass brought by Westfield police and was assessed $25.
Christina M. Tatro, 35, of 6 Blandford Hill Road, Huntington, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of operating motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, failure to stop for police and a number plate violation to conceal identification brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation of six months. She was assessed $50. She was found to be not responsible for charges of operating an unregistered motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker
Charles E. O’Gorman, 33, of 6 Tuller Circle, Simsbury, Conn., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating under the influence of liquor brought by Southwick police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $350, ordered to complete a Drug Alcohol Education Program at a cost of $817.22 and his license was suspended for 45 days. He was found to be not responsible for a charge of failure to yield at an intersection and a charge of reckless operation of a motor vehicle was not prosecuted.
Sean McKeon, 21, of 38 Fairway Lane, Foxborough, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of resisting arrest brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50.
Bethann Miller, 41, of 7 Russell Road, Huntington, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Jan. 25, 2013, hearing after she was arraigned on a charge unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and a state highway traffic violation brought by Russell police.
Luke J. Smith, 20, of 2 Grace Terrace, Medway, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of vandalizing property, disorderly conduct and misuse of a Registry of Motor Vehicle document brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation of the months. He was assessed $50. Smith pleaded guilty to a charge being a person younger than the legal drinking age in possession of liquor. He was fined $50 and assessed an additional $50.
