Michael R. Michon, 25, of 128 Point Grove Road, Apt. A, Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance and with pretrial conditions pending a Dec. 1 hearing after being arraigned on a charge of assault and battery on family/household member, brought by Southwick Police.
Gregory W. Bonneau, 23, of 100 Rachael Terr., Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance and with pretrial conditions pending a Dec. 13 hearing after being arraigned on charges of refuse produce license/registration/plates, operating under influence of liquor or .08 percent, marked lanes violation, negligent operation of motor vehicle, fail wear seat belt, resist arrest, assault and battery on police officer and disorderly conduct, brought by Westfield Police.
Kyle T. Dalton, 28, of 72 Berkshire Ave., Southwick, had charges of breaking and entering building nighttime for felony and larceny from building admission to sufficient facts found but continued without a finding until July 5, 2018, with fees assessed, brought by Southwick Police.
Aidan Schwartz, 20, of 12 Maple Ave., Cambridge, was placed on pretrial probation until June 5, 2019, for a charge of three counts assault with a dangerous weapon, while charges of two counts home invasion and one count firearm, carry without license were dismissed nolle prosequi, brought by Westfield State University Police.
