Bryan M. Torres, 26, of 48 Jefferson St., had charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license to be dismissed upon payment of $800 and $200 restitution and was found not responsible for motor vehicle lights violation, brought by Westfield police.
Angelo M. Gonzales, 29, of 33 Acushnet Ave., Apt. 3rd, Springfield, received a one-year suspended sentence to September 30, 2016 and ordered to pay $65 per month while on probation after pleading guilty to three separate charges of violating an abuse prevention order, brought by Westfield police.
Luciano E. Santana, 20, of 40 Parkwood St., Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a November 9 hearing after being arraigned on charges of unarmed robbery and assault and battery on a family/household member, brought by Westfield police.
Andriy Zayika, 32, of 15 Sunbrier Drive, had charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle continued without finding to be dismissed upon payment of $200 and found not responsible for not having an inspection sticker, brought by Westfield police.
