Drew M. Jacque, 19, of 5 Kingsberry Lane, Southampton, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of being a person younger than the legal drinking age in possession of liquor and walking or riding on railroad tracks brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation three months. He was assessed $50.
Kayla R. Bolio, 20, of 40 Montgomery Road, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Dec. 19 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of making a false application for a motor vehicle license and assisting a person younger than the legal drinking age purchase liquor brought by Westfield police.
Valentin S. Panchenko, 48, of 32 Sprague St., West Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 18, hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by State Police.
Karina Piispanen, 20, of 222 Huntington Road, Chester, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Jan. 10, hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting by concealing merchandise brought by Westfield police.
Ivonne M. Myers, 55, of 107 Orleans St., Springfield, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Dec. 12, hearing after she was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a license revoked as an habitual traffic offender, operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker, operating a motor vehicle with non-transparent windows and being a motor vehicle operator who refuses to identify herself brought by State Police.
David J. Mitchell, 20, of 285 Elm St., was held in lieu of $200 cash bail after he was arraigned on a charge of trespass brought by Westfield police.
Daniil A. Lisitsin, 25, of 28 Union St., was released on $500 cash bail pending a Dec. 18 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of receiving stolen property valued more than $250, improper use of a credit card and two charges of larceny of property valued less than $250. He was also arraigned on a charge of possession of a Class B substance and was released on an additional $500 cash bail pending a hearing on the same date. He also paid $500 cash bail after he was arraigned on an additional charge of receiving stolen property valued more than $250 and an additional charge of larceny of property valued less than $250. All three cases were brought by Westfield police.
Amber Decoteau, 23, of 103 Main St., Russell, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of larceny of a credit card and of larceny of property valued less than $250 by a single scheme brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation six months. She was assessed $50.
Russell C. Caudill, 24, of 2 Windpath, West Springfield, was found to be responsible for a motor vehicle lights violation and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and was assessed $150.
Jonathan Shay, 38, of 5 Columbia St., saw a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police not prosecuted.
Alexis Rivera, 32, of 947 Russell Road, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of fees and assessments totaling $100.
