Jose Olan, 24, of 18 Driscott St., Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 18, hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker brought by Westfield police.
Joseph M. Blais, 22, of 42 Church St., admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of distribution of a Class D drug brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $85.
Tara C. Clark, 43, of 600 Southampton Road, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Jan. 3, 2013, hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
Shawn Daniels, 20, of 55 Paulk Terrace, Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 18, hearing after he was arraigned on two charges of trespass brought by Westfield State College police.
Katherilng P. Malave, 20, of 191 Main St., Russell, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Dec. 12, hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by State Police.
Nathan M. Callahan, 22, of 25 Maple St., Chester, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of selling or delivering liquor to a person younger than the legal drinking age brought by State Police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $150.
