Lori Hardaker, 41, of 36 Converse St., Longmeadow, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Jan. 8, 2013, hearing after she was arraigned on two charges of larceny of property valued more than $250 by a single scheme brought by Westfield police.
Bernadette J. Lippman, 41, of 28 Atwater Street, saw a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police not prosecuted.
Jeffrey W. Ward, 53, of 125 Main St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of assault and battery and disorderly conduct brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $50.
Christopher C. Whitman, 31, of 1360 Blandford Road, Russell, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of possession of a Class B drug brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $50 and was ordered to remain drug free and submit to random testing.
Juan L. Enriquez, 54, of 87 Main St., saw charges of breaking and entering a building in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony and larceny from a building brought by Westfield police not prosecuted due to insufficient evidence.
Samantha Berthiaume, 19, of 51 Van Deene Ave., West Springfield, failed to appear in court to answer charges of operating an uninsured motor vehicle, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and a number plate violation to conceal identification brought by Westfield police and was found to be responsible for the three charges. She was assessed $700.
