Paul M. Royland, 32, of 87 Meadow St., was released on $1,000 personal surety after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon brought by Westfield police.
Shannon R. Pepin, 32, of 406 Holyoke Road, saw two charges of breaking and entering a building in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony and two charges of larceny of property valued more than $250 brought as two separate cases by Westfield police not prosecuted due to insufficient evidence.
