Jonathan L. Llano, 31, of 186 Buckingham St., Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 4, 2013 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with a license revoked as an habitual traffic offender, possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and speeding in violation of special regulations brought by Westfield police.
Edwin Davila Jr., 34, of 40 Wilbraham Ave., Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 15, 2013, hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of possession of a Class A drug brought by Westfield police.

Tuesday, Oct. 30, 2012
Jesse Pierce, 41, of 5 Meadow St., Westfield, saw charges of breaking and entering a building in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony, indecent assault and battery on a person older than 14 years-of-age, assault and battery and indecent assault and battery on a person younger than 14 years-of-age not prosecuted because “There is insufficient evidence to warrant further prosecution at this time.”
Dean A. Carbone Jr., 39, of 38 Primrose St., East Longmeadow, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 15, 2013, hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of possession of a Class A drug brought by Westfield police.
Francisyosuan Diaz, 18, of 70 Granada Terrace, Springfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and speeding in violation of special regulations brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of assessments totaling $200.
Tito A. Pacheco, 21, of 19 Pinewood Lane, saw a charge of conspiracy to violate drug laws brought by Westfield police not prosecuted.
