Craig C. Knowlton Jr., 27, of 3 Shepard St., saw a charge of armed robbery brought by Westfield police dismissed after he was arraigned and indicted on the same charge in superior court. In a separate case also brought by Westfield police, Knowlton pleaded guilty to a charge of larceny of property valued less than $250 and was sentenced to the 86 days incarceration he had served while awaiting trial.
Edwin A. Rodriguez, 31, of 42 Chapel Street, pleaded guilty it a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended sentence and was sentenced to two days incarceration. He was found to be responsible for a charge of speeding.
Sean P. Forshay, 30, of 474 Main Road, Granville, was released on $100 cash bail after he was arraigned on three charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and charges of intimidating a witness and negligent operation of a motor vehicle brought by State Police.
