Omer O. Cormier, 74, of 33 Old England Path Road, Russell, was released on $5,000 personal surety pending a Jan. 10, 2013, hearing after he was arraigned on two counts of indecent assault and battery on a person younger than 14 years-of-age brought by State Police.
Colin Bannon, 22, of 24 Hitching Post Drive, Walpole, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 11, 2013, hearing after he was arraigned on charges of failure to stop or yield, operating under the influence of liquor and negligent operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield State University police.
Marc H. Belliveau, 48, of 6 Lauren St., Southwick, saw charges of aggravated assault and battery and attempted murder dismissed after he was indicted and arraigned on the same charges in Superior Court.
