Daniel B. Meadows, of no known address in Westfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge violation of a protective order brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $50.
Dane E. Jerin, 21, of 72 Granville Road, pleaded guilty to a charge of receiving stolen property valued more than $250 and was placed on probation for one year. He was assessed $90 and ordered to pay $855 restitution. A charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 was not prosecuted.
Madelyn M. Moodie, 28, of 126 Union St., was released on her personal recognizance pending a Jan. 15, 2013, hearing after she was arraigned on charges of operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, failure to wear a seat belt, possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation brought by Westfield police.
Nicholas Alaimo, 18, of 11 Granville Road, was found to be responsible for a charge of disorderly conduct brought by Southwick police and was assessed $50. A charge of assault and battery was dismissed at the request of the victim.
Brandon R. Apperson, 20, of 11 Granville Road, pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct brought by Southwick police. He was fined $50, assessed $50 and a charge of assault and battery was dismissed at the request of the victim.
Valena Rutkowski, 32, of 19 High St., Easthampton, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of fees and assessments totaling $100. She was found to be responsible for a charge of speeding.
Nicholas E. Os, 21, of 102 Mountain View St., South Hadley, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 16, 2013, hearing after he was arraigned on charges of disturbing the peace and keeping a noisy and disorderly house brought by Westfield police. He was also released on his personal recognizance pending other hearings on the same day after he was arraigned on charges of disturbing the peace and using a false driver’s license to obtain liquor in separate cases also brought by Westfield police.
Kristen Hackett, 26, of 9 Sackett St., pleaded guilty to a charge of shoplifting by asportation brought by Westfield police and was fined $125. She was assessed $50.
Nicholas A. Malinowski, 20, of 163 Sunset Drive, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of breaking and entering a building in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony, possession of burglarious instruments, larceny of property valued more than $250 and conspiracy brought by Westfield police and was ordered to make no threats or violence to victims or witnesses when the charges were continued without a finding with probation of six months. He was assessed $90. A charge of attempting to commit a crime was not prosecuted.
Justin A. LaBarre, 24, of 76 Kane Brothers Circle, was ordered to make no threats or violence to the alleged victim and to comply with all protective orders when was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 15, 2013 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of assault and battery and assault with a dangerous weapon brought by Westfield police.
Nathan M. King, 35, of 514 Southwick Road, was ordered to make no threats or violence to the alleged victim when was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 15, 2013 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of receiving stolen property valued more than $250 and conspiracy brought by Westfield police. He was also arraigned on identical charges also brought by Westfield police in a separate case and was again released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 15, 2013 hearing.
Jason Theroux, 23, of 357 Springfield Road, Agawam, was held in lieu of $100 cash bail pending a Nov. 29 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of shoplifting by asportation and larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police.
