Devin R. Haskell, 21, of 1406 Main Road, Granville, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Nov. 8 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of leaving the scene of a personal injury accident and a crosswalk violation brought by Westfield police.
Michael England, 21, of 26 Point Grove Road, Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Nov. 8 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating an uninsured motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration, failure to notify the Registry of Motor Vehicles of a change of name or address, improper operation of a motor vehicle and failure to stop for police brought by State Police.
Isac R. Hernandez, 20, with last known address of 10 Franklin St., was found to have violated probation imposed in September, 2012, when he pleaded guilty to a charge of breaking and entering with intent to commit a misdemeanor brought by Westfield police and was sentenced to a six month term in the house of correction with credit for time served awaiting disposition.
Nicholas C. Annino, 30, of 87 Strawberry Hill Road, Feeding Hills, pleaded guilty to a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor brought by State Police and was fined $750. He was assessed $350 and sentenced to a 127 day term in the house of correction, suspended, with probation for one year. He was ordered to complete 14 day in-patient alcohol rehabilitation program.
Elizabeth L. O’Brien, 36, of 42 Arnold St., was released on her personal recognizance pending a Nov. 5 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of being present where heroin is kept and possession of a Class A drug with intent to distribute brought by Westfield police.
Anthony V. Stirlacci, 30, of 38 Westmoreland Ave., Longmeadow, was found to be responsible for a charge of disorderly conduct and a city ordinance violation and was assessed $100.
Adam P. Cloutier, 22, of no known address in Westfield, saw charges of larceny from a person and assault and battery not prosecuted when the Commonwealth was unable to locate the victim.
Jose R. Torres, 52, of 223 Main St., West Springfield, saw charges of aggravated assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon brought by Westfield police dismissed when the alleged victim cited his Fifth Amendment protection and refused to testify.
Bruce M. Spradling, 50, of 180 Federal St., Greenfield, was found to be responsible for charges of trespass and disorderly conduct brought by State Police and was assessed $100.
Theresa L. Bailey, 44, of 129 Avenue A, Turners Falls, was found to be responsible for charges of trespass and disorderly conduct brought by State Police and was assessed $100.
Jacob A. Depalo, 22, of 68 Cross Place Road, Washington, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Nov. 6 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle brought by Westfield police.
Jose Echevarria, 41, of 16 Ford Ave., saw three charges of distribution of a Class B substance, a subsequent offense, dismissed after he was indicted and arraigned on the same charges in superior court.
Jeffrey D. Krawczyk, 25, of 36 Stuart Place, was sentenced to a six month term in the house of correction to be served concurrently with a term imposed for a separate offense, with credit for time served since June 11, 2013, after he pleaded guilty to charge of inhaling glue or another toxic substance brought by Westfield police.
