Jessica M. Wojcik, 19, of 29 Orange St., was found to be responsible for a charge of shoplifting by asportation brought by Westfield police and was assessed $100.
Andrew Santiago, 18, of 15 Leonard Ave, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Nov. 16 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of breaking and entering a building in the daytime with intent to commit a felony and larceny of property valued less than $250 brought by Westfield police.

Jonathan T. Freniere, 27, of 27 Montgomery Road, Southampton, was found to be responsible for a marked lanes violation and was assessed $100. A charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license was not prosecuted.
Ricardo Vargas, 47, of 19 Stearn Terrace, Chicopee, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50 and was enjoined from operating a motor vehicle without a valid license.
Normand Richard, 48, of 156.5 Meadow St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Nov. 27 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and a marked lanes violation brought by Westfield police.
Omar Perez, 27, of 18A Hampshire Heights, Northampton, saw charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and speeding brought by Westfield Police dismissed.
Matthew L. Toto, 59, of 71 Elizabeth Ave., saw a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police dismissed when the alleged victim asserted her marital privilege and refused to testify.
Felix R. Torres-Santiago, 31, of 63 Ashley St., Springfield, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of forgery of a Registry of Motor Vehicles document brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $90. William J. Spradlin, 51, of 10 Avery St admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $50.
Jessica D. Vargas-Feliciano, 35, of 263 Elm St., Holyoke, was found to be responsible for a charge of shoplifting by asportation brought by Westfield police and was assessed $25.
