William F. Hauschild Jr., 44, of 652B Russell Road, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $90.
Daniel C. Fisher, 46, of no fixed address in Westfield, pleaded guilty to charges of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest brought by Westfield police and was sentenced to ten days incarceration which has already been served awaiting trial. He was assessed $50.
Joshua Kelsey, 25, of 24 Edgewood St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Nov. 13 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of receiving stolen property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police.
Angel M. Ramos, 41, of 11½ Sycamore St., was enjoined from making any threats or violence when he was released on $300 personal surety pending a Nov. 13 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of receiving stolen property valued more than $250 and larceny of property valued less than $250 brought by Westfield police.
Michael Wallace Geary, 27, of 868 Village St., Millis, was released on $5,000 cash bail after he was arraigned on a charge of stalking, a subsequent offense, brought by Westfield police.
Brad J. Scanlon, 17, of 11 Fowler Ave., was found to be responsible for a charge of disorderly conduct brought by Westfield police and was assessed $50.
Anthony Heffner Jr., 22, of 84 Robin Ridge Road, Feeding Hills, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration brought by Westfield State University police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50.
Danielle M. Slysz, 20, of 60 Laurel Hill Road, was found to have violated probation imposed March 28, 2013, when she submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for three charges of improper use of a credit card and larceny of property valued more than $250 by a single scheme brought by Westfield police and was sentenced to four 127 day terms in the house of correction (with credit for one day served awaiting trial) to be served concurrently. In a separate case, Slysz was also found to have violated probation imposed March 28, 2013, when she submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and speeding in violation of special regulations also brought by Westfield police and was sentenced to a 10 day term in the house of correction to be served concurrently with the sentences imposed in the other case.
