Mia Caligaris, 21, of 141 William Road, Ashburnham, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Nov. 27 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield State University police.
Paul H. Lambert, Jr., 44, of 77 Mechanic St., admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of wanton destruction of property valued more than $250 and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $90 and ordered to pay restitution of $300.
James J. Pitoniak, 44, of 20 Basket St., Huntington, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for charges of operating under the influence of liquor, resisting arrest and a marked lanes violation and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $600, ordered to complete a Drug Alcohol Education Program at a cost of $567.22 and his license was suspended for 45 days. Charges of assault and battery on a police officer and leaving the scene of a property damage accident were not prosecuted.
Paul A. Smith, 46, of 55 Harmony Hill Road, Granby, Conn., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Nov. 27 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation brought by Southwick police.
Collin M. Radley, 20, of 92 Ridgewood Road, Milton, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Nov. 27 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct and being a person younger than the legal drinking age in possession of liquor brought by Westfield police.
