Victor L. Ramos, 41, of 104 Meadow St., was released on $1,000 personal surety pending a Nov. 27 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of possession of a Class B drug, a subsequent offense.

Kyle J. Turcotte, 26, of 96 Beaumont St., Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 6 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police.
Richard F. Carroll Jr., 32, of 20 Meadow St., pleaded guilty to a charge of receiving stolen property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police and was placed on probation for one year. He was assessed $50 and ordered to pay $2,500 restitution. A charge of larceny of property valued less than $250 was not prosecuted.
Anthony G. Ortona, 17, of 140 Chestnut St., Springfield, was held in lieu of $100 cash bail pending an Oct. 5 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of breaking and entering in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony brought by Westfield police.
Tanner R. Watson, 22, of 165 Northwest Road, was released on $500 personal surety pending a Nov. 30 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of receiving stolen property valued more than $250 and larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield.
Timothy Moses, 43, of 416 Fernbark Road, Springfield, saw a charge of shoplifting by concealing merchandise dismissed when a Commonwealth witness failed to appear at court.
