Michael W. Hadley, 41, of 301 Granville Road, Southwick, pleaded guilty to charges of assault and battery and negligent operation of a motor vehicle brought by Southwick police and was paced on probation for two years. He was assessed $300, ordered to pay $1,855 in restitution and found to be responsible for a marked lanes violation. In a separate case, Hadley submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of reckless operation of a motor vehicle and was again placed on probation for two years. He was assessed $50.
Andrew C. Stenico, 20, of 250 Norman St., West Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Nov. 12 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of violation of a protective order brought by State Police.
Alexander V. Hibert, 25, of 57 Holland Ave., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor brought by Westfield State University police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $350, ordered to complete a Drug Alcohol Education Program at a cost of $817.22 and his license was suspended for 45 days. A charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle was not prosecuted and he was found to be not responsible for a marked lanes violation.
Gerald F. Martin, 30, of 86 Granville Road, Granby, Conn., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 3 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and a miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation brought by Southwick police.
Vladimir Morozov, 25, of 79 Clarendon Ave., Chicopee, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Nov. 3 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police.
David M. Riopelle, 45, of 184 Bradford St., Pittsfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Nov. 27 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting by asportation brought by Westfield police.
James R. Kinsgbury, 45, of 7 Sefton Drive, Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending A Dec. 4 hearing after he was arraigned on two charges of vandalizing property and a charge of assault and battery on a person more than 60 years-of-age brought by Southwick police. In a separate case also brought by Southwick police, Kingsbury was again released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 4 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
Todd A. Porter, 32, of 20 Pheasant Hill Drive, Enfield, Conn., pleaded guilty of two charges of assault and battery brought by Southwick police and was sentenced to concurrent 127 day terms in the house of correction with credit for time served since Sept. 17 while awaiting trial.
October L. Goguen, 41, of 421 Main Road, Granville, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Dec. 10 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle brought by Southwick police.
