Peter J. Megazzini, 42, of 2320 Scott Ave., Alva, Fla., saw charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (a subsequent offense) and failure to signal brought by Westfield police not prosecuted.
Jeanluc Dejean, 17, of 37 Parker Ave, was ordered to remain alcohol free and be subject to random testing when he was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 12 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of resisting arrest, failure to stop for a police officer, operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and failure to stop or yield brought by Westfield police.
Joseph S. Vazquez, 22, of 50 Southampton Road, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 13 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and a motor vehicle lights violation brought by State Police.

Stephanie A. Forrette, 24, of 128 Drexel St., Springfield, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Dec. 13 after she was arraigned on charges of shoplifting merchandise valued more than $100 by recording false value, larceny of property valued more than $250 by a single scheme and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police.
Thomas P. Whalley, 34, of 1 Brayton Drive, Southwick, was released on $1,000 cash bail after he was arraigned on a charge of violation of an abuse protective order brought by Southwick police.
James M. Maggio, 20, of 269 Grove St., Braintree, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of indecent assault and battery on a person 14 years-of-age or older brought by Westfield State University police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50 and charges of trespass, disturbing the peace and injuring firefighting equipment were not prosecuted.
