Anthony J. Mair, 55, of 14 Mather St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 5 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of violation of a protective order brought by Westfield police.
Jose L. Masso Jr., 36, of 16 Bates St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 3 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
Kenneth C. Martin, 61, of 26 Reservoir Road, Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Nov. 27 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Southwick police.
Louis J. Carmel, 45, of 591 Little River Road, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Nov. 27 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of assault and battery and assault with a dangerous weapon brought by Westfield police.
Andrew Miller, 36, of 43 Forris St., West Springfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $350, ordered to complete a Drug Alcohol Education Program at a cost of $817.22 and his license was suspended for 45 days. A charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle was not prosecuted and he was found to be not responsible for a state highway vehicular violation.
Maribel Perez, 30, of 147 Main St., was found to be responsible for a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker and was assessed $50. A charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license was not prosecuted.
Robert J. Turgeon, 26, of 14 Phelps Ave., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 5 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of malicious damage to a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police.
Matthew C. Winch, 31, of 16 South Longyard Road, Southwick, was found to be responsible for a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by Southwick police. He was arraigned on a charge of leaving the scene of a property damage accident and was place on pretrial probation for six months.
Joseph W. Camrye, 27, of 50 Christopher St., Chicopee, was found to be responsible for a charge of speeding brought by Westfield police and was assessed $50. A charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle was not prosecuted.
