Patrick D. Millar, 28, of 1172 Huntington Road, Russell, saw a charge of kidnapping brought by State Police dismissed after he was indicted and arraigned on the same charge in superior court.
Iurii N. Bespalov, 59, of 42 Merrick St., West Springfield, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of leaving the scene of a property damage accident brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50 and found to be not responsible for a marked lanes violation.
Isaac J. King, 37, of 96D Mechanic St., was ordered to comply with all protective orders, to stay away from the alleged victim and to have no contact with her when he was released on his personal recognizance pending a Nov. 15 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of indecent assault and battery on a person 14 years of age or older brought by Westfield police.
Keith E. Hopkinson, 38, of 66 Newcrest St., Ludlow, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Nov. 7 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker, operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle brought by Westfield police.
Jordan A. Blasenak, 25, of 106 N. Maple St., Florence, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Nov. 15 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest brought by Blandford police.
