Darrell E. Marino, 51, of 1564.5 N. Main St., Palmer, was released on his personal recognizance (with pretrial conditions) pending a May 18 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of larceny of property valued less than $1,200 by a false pretense and impersonating of a police officer brought by Westfield police.
Michael L. Griffin, 45, of 41 Grandville St., Holyoke was released on his personal recognizance pending a May 13 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, failure to yield at an intersection and negligent operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police.
Clinton J. Watson, 24, of 14 Belmont St., Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a May 18 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle at a rate of speed greater than was reasonable and proper and a marked lanes violation brought by Southwick police.
