Adam L. Conway, 37, of 59 Capt. Beers Plain Road, Northfield, pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of a Class A drug with intent to distribute and was sentenced to a one year term in the house of correction to be served concurrently with a term imposed by the Franklin County Superior Court. In a second case also brought by Sate Police, Conway saw charge of being an arrestee who provides false identification information to a law enforcement officer not prosecuted.

Omar Ocasio, 43, of 296 Oak St., Apt. 5E, Holyoke, pleaded guilty to two charges of improper use of a credit card valued less than $1,200 and two charges of larceny of property valued less than $1,200 brought by Westfield police and was sentenced to four 15 month terms in the house of correction to be served concurrently with sentences imposed by the Chicopee, Holyoke and Belchertown district courts. Charges of breaking and entering a vehicle in the daytime with intent to commit a felony and larceny of property valued less than $1,200 were not prosecuted.

Noah S. Wixom, 37, of 50 Orange St., saw charges of assault and battery on a family or household member, strangulation or suffocation and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon brought by Westfield police dismissed when the alleged victim asserted her Fifth Amendment rights and refused to testify.

Joshua A. Perrier, 19, of 12 Madison St., Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Sept. 13 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by State Police.

Phyness L. Young-Baldwin, 19, of 40 Mapledell St., Springfield, was released on her personal recognizance pending an Aug. 22 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and speeding at a rate exceeding the posted limit brought by Westfield police.

Rachel L. Keating, 31, of 8 Bush St., Westfield, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Sept 13 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of larceny from a building and breaking and entering a building in the daytime with intent to commit a felony brought by Westfield police.

Christian M. Burton-Hall, 33, of 44 Rittenhouse Terrace, Springfield, saw a charge of using a motor vehicle without authority bought by Westfield police, not prosecuted.
