Andrew J. Sharon, 30, of 11 St. James Ave, Enfield, Conn., was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 1 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and failure to stop or yield brought by Westfield police.
Daniel M. Carroll, 34, of 24 Williams St., Chester, was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 1 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation brought by State Police.
Kendra L. Forgues, 223, of 21 Green Ave., Westfield, was released on $1,000 personal surety pending a June 22 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, leaving the scene of property damage, failure to stop for police, possession of a Class B drug, two charge of possession of a Class E drug and a marked lanes violation brought by Westfield police.
Lindzee M. Simi, 35, of 69 Lois St., Westfield, was released on her personal recognizance pending a June 22 hearing after the was arraigned on charges of assault with dangerous weapons and malicious destruction of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police.
Alexander M. Smith, 18, of 182 Bates Road, was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 8 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
