David Cianfarani, 52, of 42 Cooley Road, North Granby, Conn., pleaded guilty a charge of violation of a probate court abuse prevention order brought by Southwick police and was sentenced to a 90 day term in the house of correction with credit for time served awaiting trial.

Gary M. Beach, 52, of 20 Rosedell Drive, Westfield, saw a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police dismissed when the alleged victim asserted his Fifth Amendment rights and refused to testify. In a second case also brought by Westfield police, Beach again saw a charge of assault and battery dismissed when the alleged victim asserted his Fifth Amendment rights and refused to testify.

Christine M. Bussolari, 39, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor brought by State Police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. She was assessed $600, ordered to complete a Driver Alcohol Education Program and her license was suspended for 45 days. Charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, improper operation of a motor vehicle and disorderly conduct were not prosecuted.

Jennifer L. Trempe, 36, of 30 Huntington St., Springfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for three charges of larceny from a building and a charge of breaking entering a building in the daytime with intent to commit a felony brought by Southwick police and was placed on probation for two years. She was assessed $50.
