Joshua R. Grandchamp, 32, of Trailer Park/Granby Road, Chicopee, pleaded guilty to a charge of violation of an abuse prevention order and was placed on probation for six months, He was assessed $50.
Regina Lynn Agey, 40, of 27 Woodland Road, East Windsor, Conn., was released on her personal recognizance pending a July 24 hearing after she was arraigned on four charges of larceny of a drug brought by Westfield police.
Alexander S. Joaquin, 26, of 94 Russellville Road, Southampton, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of intimidating a witness and malicious destruction of property valued less than $250 brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation until April 23, 2019. He was assessed $50.
Carlos H. Roque, 24, of 10 Cherry St., Westfield, saw charges of operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating an unlicensed motor vehicle and a number plate violation to conceal identification brought by Southwick police dismissed at the request of the Commonwealth.
