Curtis J. Fitzsimmons, 30, of 421 N. Main St., Apt. 6, Northampton, pleaded guilty to a charge of trespass brought by Westfield police and was sentenced to the time he served while awaiting trial. In a second case brought by Southwick police, Fitzsimmons, with an address of 93 Hillside Road, Southwick, pleaded guilty to three charges of trespass and was sentenced to the time he served while awaiting trial. He also pleaded guilty to three charges of larceny of property valued less than $1,200 and was sentenced to three concurrent six month terms in the house of correction with credit for the time served while awaiting trial.

Amy J. Savoy, 35, of 11 Bush St., Westfield, pleaded guilty to a charge larceny of property valued less than $1,200 and was sentenced to a 127 day term in the house of correction with credit for the time served while awaiting trial. In a second case also brought by Westfield police, Savoy again pleaded guilty to a charge larceny of property valued less than $1,200 and was sentenced to a 90 day term in the house of correction (with credit for the time served while awaiting trial) to be served concurrently with the sentence imposed in the other case.

Eric A. Anderson, 34, of 710 Belmont St., Springfield, was held in lieu of $5,000 cash bail after he was arraigned on charges of shoplifting by asportation (a subsequent offense) and receiving stolen property valued less than $1,200 brought by Westfield police.
