David K. Bates 85, a lifelong resident of Westfield, lost his battle with Covid-19 on April 15, 2020. He leaves his wife of 65 years Mary O’Connor Bates, two children Barbara Coughlin and Brian Bates, three grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Calling hours will be held Saturday July 11 from 9am- 10am at St. Mary’s Parish 30 Bartlett St. Westfield, immediately followed by a funeral Mass at 10 am.
