SOUTHWICK: David R. Herbele, 86, passed away peacefully on Thursday, November 11, 2021. Son of the late John and Eva (Angell) Herbele, he was born and raised in Westfield but was part of the Southwick community for several decades. He proudly served in the Air Force and the Air National Guard.
He leaves his wife of fifty-three years, Theodora P. “Teddi” (Siniscalchi) Herbele, son, David Mark Herbele of Cuyahoga Falls, OH, two daughters, Lynn Solek of Southwick, Dawn McBride of West Springfield, a brother, Robert Herbele of Westfield and four grandchildren.
Calling hours will be Sunday from 3-5 PM at the AGAWAM CURRAN JONES FUNERAL HOME, 745 Cooper Street with a Funeral Service at 5 PM. The burial is private. Donations can be made at operationfirstresponse.org.
