
AURORA, IL – Deborah Ann Reyes, aged 49, (1976-2025) of Aurora, IL, passed away on December 15th, 2025. Born on March 26th, 1976, Deborah grew into a loving and humorous individual, cherished by all who knew her. She dedicated her life to nurturing and educating as a special education teacher, a career that reflected her kind-hearted nature.
Deborah is survived by a loving family: her husband Francisco Reyes; their children, Ava and Devyn Reyes; her mother, Diane Wright; her sister, Kathleen Wright-Eleraky; and her brother, Robert Wright. She also leaves behind numerous nieces and nephews who adored her deeply. Her father, Joseph Wright, preceded her in death.
Deborah was an alumna of Westfield High School and furthered her education at American International College, where she honed her skills that would later define her professional life. Her personal life was filled with joy, as she embraced motherhood with all its challenges and rewards. Deborah had a special fondness for sunflowers, which mirrored her sunny disposition and the warmth she brought to every room.
A service to celebrate Deborah’s life will be held at Blessed Sacrament Church on July 11th, 2026, at 10 a.m. Her presence will be deeply missed, but her legacy of kindness and dedication will live on through the many lives she touched.
