Eunice (Kellogg) Fucci

WESTFIELD – Eunice “Bunny” (Kellogg) Fucci, 90, (1933-2024) passed away on Tuesday, March 26th, 2024 at Day Brook Village in Holyoke. She was born on November 18th, 1933 in Westfield to the late Warren and Yvonne (Arkoette) Kellogg.

Bunny was employed by Digital for 13 years. She was a communicant of Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament Church in Westfield, a member of the Rosary Sodality, and a member of the Moseley School PTA for the years her children attended. She was also a Girl Scout leader for six years for her two daughters. She was a talented sewer and crafted beautiful outfits, curtains and bedspreads for her family. Her talents knew no bounds as she skillfully created braided rugs and lovingly restored vintage trunks and furniture alongside her husband, leaving behind treasures that will be cherished for years to come. She found joy in exploring the world, often embarking on adventures with Peter Pan Tours, creating cherished memories with her loved ones. Bunny adored her family beyond measure, especially her grandchildren. She embraced the role of babysitter with open arms creating countless, cherished memories filled with love and laughter.

We would like to extend our deepest gratitude to two exceptional caregivers, Kim Surprize and Diane Schabowski, whose dedication and compassion brought comfort to our beloved mother. Their acts of kindness will always be remembered with fondness and appreciation.

Bunny was predeceased by her beloved husband of 46 years, Frank C. Fucci in 2000, and her 17 siblings. She is survived by her three loving children, Joseph P. Fucci, Carol E. Conroy and her husband James and Frances M. Frere and her husband Marcel, all of Westfield, her cherished four grandchildren, Brittany Frere, Kelly Frazier and her husband Matthew, Sean Frere and Casey Petersen and her husband Nicholas and five great-grandchildren, Liam, Devin, Jr., Persephone, Patrick and Piper.

Her funeral will be held on Thursday, April 4th, 2024 at 9 a.m. from the Firtion Adams Funeral Service, 76 Broad Street, Westfield, MA followed by a Liturgy of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament Church, 127 Holyoke Road, Westfield. Burial will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Southampton Road, Westfield. Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday, April 3rd from 4-7 p.m. at the funeral home. www.firtionadams.com.
