WEBSTER: 
James “Jimmy / Smokey” Cummings of Webster died peacefully on April 10, 2015 at the age of 77. Jimmy was born in Westfield to Daniel and Nora Cummings. He graduated from St Mary’s High School and served in the Army before attending Suffolk Law School. He was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 1969 and practiced law up until the time of his death. Jimmy is survived by his brother John and his wife Marilyn of California, his sister Dorothy Pacitto of Watertown and many nieces, nephews and friends. He is preceded in death by his sister Mary Romani and his brother Daniel both of Westfield. The funeral will be Thursday, April 16, 2015 at 9:30 AM from Firtion-Adams Funeral Service, 76 Broad St. Westfield, followed by a Liturgy of Christian Burial in St. Mary’s Church Westfield at 10:30 AM, with burial to follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery. Calling hours will be Wednesday from 4-7 at the funeral home. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Jimmy’s life.
