WESTFIELD: Judy Dolores Jenks, 79, entered eternal rest Monday, April 12, 2021 at home. She was born in Westfield on November 22, 1941, daughter of the late Edward J. and Pauline F. (Maciolek) Wielgus. Judy attended and graduated from St. Mary’s High School in Westfield, MA. She worked for Stanley Home Products in Westfield and at Big Y, also in Westfield. Judy was previously living the retirement life in Carlsbad, CA until she recently moved back to Westfield in the Summer of 2020 to be closer to her family.
Judy was predeceased by her loving husband David W. Jenks in 2019. Judy leaves behind her daughter Karen O’Brien and her boyfriend Zac of Westfield, her son Steven Werbiskis and his wife Connie of Westfield, her step-son David Jenks and his wife Mary of Agawam. She also leaves behind her grandchildren, whom she loved dearly, Corey and Kyle Jenks of Agawam, Deven and Ella Werbiskis of Westfield, and McKenna O’Brien of Westfield. Judy was also predeceased by her sister Jacqueline in 2003 and leaves behind a brother and sister-in-law, Donald and Sharon Wielgus of Westfield; and brother and sister-in-law, Robert and Toshi Kenyon of San Diego, CA. She also leaves two nieces, Michelle and Maya and a nephew, Michael of San Diego, CA and several cousins.
