Arnold S. Graziano, 47, of 63 Russell Stage Road, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Sept. 5 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating under the influence of liquor (a second offense), negligent operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation brought by Westfield police.
Jorge Rivera, 28, of 7K Gerard Way, Holyoke, saw a charge of operating of a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police dismissed upon payment of a $50 court fee. He was found to be not responsible for a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker.
Joshua M. Wilcox, 28, of 42 Arnold St., pleaded guilty to a charge of assault and battery on a police officer brought by Westfield police and was sentenced to a 90 day term in the house of correction.
Derek McDougall, 20, of 27 Greenwood St., saw charges of operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle without a license in his possession not prosecuted.
Sergey V. Lapik, 34, of 21A Kellogg St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Sept. 5 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
Juan L. Enriquez, 53, of 87 Main Street, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Aug. 16 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of breaking and entering a building in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony and larceny from a building brought by Westfield police.
Nathan Madera, 19, of 53 Crown St., was found to be responsible for a charge of walking on a railroad track brought by Westfield police and was fined $50.
Nikki R. Mongeau, 29, of 98 Old Farm Road, saw a charge of permitting operation of a motor vehicle by a person with a suspended license not prosecuted.
Crystal L. Barree, 28, of 126 Union St., saw a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license dismissed upon payment of a $50 court fee. She was found to be not responsible for a charge of transporting a child younger than eight-years-old without a car seat.
Catherine Reed, 29, of 29 Shady Brook Lane, Springfield, saw a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police not prosecuted after the Commonwealth was not able to contact the alleged victim.
Cecilio Gonzalez, 33, of 149 Essex St., Holyoke, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Sept. 21 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and speeding brought by Westfield police.
Anthony C. Santinello, 24, of 28 Cross St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Sept. 5 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of malicious destruction of property brought by Westfield police. In a separate case brought by Westfield police, Santinello admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of leaving the scene of a property damage accident and the charge was continued without a finding for three months. He was assessed $50.

Luis B. Rivera, 23, of 3 Belmont St., saw a charge of unlicensed operation a motor vehicle with a dismissed upon payment of a $50 court fee.
Daniel S. Spohr, 22, of 22 Janelle Drive, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle brought by Southwick police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $300 and ordered to complete a driver safety program. He was found to be not responsible for a charge of speeding in violation of special regulations and a charge of failure to stop for police was not prosecuted.
Robert J. Turgeon, 25, of 14 Phelps Ave., saw a charge of possession of a Class B drug brought by Westfield police not prosecuted.
John L. Rosario, 28, of 86 Warren St., Meriden, Conn., saw a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police dismissed upon payment of a $50 court fee. He was found to be not responsible for a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker and for a number plate violation.
Ashley L. Mann, 22, of 26 Belmont St., was found to be responsible for a charge of permitting operation of a motor vehicle by a person with a suspended license and was assessed $100.
Matthew J. Szetela, 26, of 93 Grochmal Ave., Springfield, pleaded guilty to charges of uttering a false check and larceny of property valued more than $250 by a single scheme and was sentenced to two concurrent six month terms in the house of correction with credit for time served.
Bruce W. Molnar, 20, of 101 N. Main St., Sandisfield, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (a subsequent offense) brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50.
Michael L. Peterson, 44, of 250 College Highway, Southwick, was ordered to stay away from the alleged victim when he was released on his personal recognizance pending a Sept. 6 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of assault and battery and intimidating a witness brought by Westfield police.
Brian M. Vallee, 28, of 97 Elm St., admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of leaving the scene of a property damage accident and the charge was continued without a finding for three months. He was assessed $50.
