Francis M. Artruc Jr., 64, of 173 Lucerne Road, Springfield was released on his personal recognizance pending an Aug. 10 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker brought by Westfield police.
John Lyttle, 17, of 9 Sackett St., admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of being a person younger than the legal drinking age in possession of liquor brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $50.
Mark J. Gilmore, 36, of 50 Franklin St., admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of violating a protective order brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50.
Mark J. Gilmore, 36, of 20 Clifton St., admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operation of a motor vehicle with suspended registration brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of a $50 assessment.
Ian R. Fecteau, 17, of 20 Reed St., was released on his personal recognizance pending an Aug. 24 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of leaving the scene of a property damage accident brought by Westfield police.
Ryan P. Kelly, 22, of 7 Russell Road, Huntington, saw charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and a motor vehicle lights violation brought by Westfield police not prosecuted.
Donald P. Flynn, 53, of 83.5 Main St., was released on his personal recognizance pending an Aug. 29 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of assault and disorderly conduct brought by Westfield police.
Luis M. Perez, 25, of 434 Russell Road, saw charges of possession of a Class A drug with intent to distribute, possession of a Class D drug with intent to distribute and a drug violation near a school or park dismissed after he was arraigned and indicted on the same charges in superior court.
Andrey Kaplyuk, 19, of 11 Dubois St., was released on his personal recognizance pending an Aug. 8 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating a motor vehicle without a license in his possession and a motor vehicle lights violation brought by Westfield police.
Janixa Santiago, 24, of 434 Russell Road, saw charges of possession of a Class A drug with intent to distribute, possession of a Class D drug with intent to distribute and a drug violation near a school or park dismissed after she was arraigned and indicted on the same charges in superior court.
Nadene M. Westbrook, 33, of 13 Grover St., Springfield, was found to be not responsible for a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police.
Michael F. Calabrese, 27, of 249 Feeding Hills Road, Southwick, saw a charge of assault and battery not prosecuted after the Commonwealth was unable to contact the private citizen who brought the charge to discuss the case.
Dean M. Sheley, 46, of 994 Williams St., Longmeadow, pleaded guilty to a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and was assessed $50. He was found to be responsible for speeding in violation of special regulations and assessed an additional $100.
