While the Buffalo-Oakland and Indianapolis-Dallas games appeared to trip up even the most passionate NFL fans – almost every “Beat ‘The Putz’” contestant suffered a similar fate in Week 16 – Barbara Lowe, of Westfield managed to post a winning entry.
Lowe recorded a 9-3 mark, and survived the tiebreaker to beat out nine others with 40 points, just one shy of Sunday night’s 41 total points scored between the Seattle Seahawks and Arizona Cardinals.
A total of 36 people went 8-4.
