Peter Stromberg, 25, of 384 Falley Drive, was released on his personal recognizance pending a May 1 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and for a motor vehicle lights violation brought by Westfield police.
Patricia A. McNamara, 56, of 2 Norman St., Clinton, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. She was assessed $50 and found to be not responsible for a charge of operating an unregistered motor vehicle. A charge of operating an uninsured motor vehicle was not prosecuted.
Noel Rivera, 28, of 14 Berard Circle, Springfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of fees and assessments totaling $100. He was found to be responsible for a charge of speeding in violation of special regulations and was assessed $100. He was found to be not responsible for a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker
Scott M. Shiveley, 35, of 33 Berkshire Ave., pleaded guilty to a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, a subsequent offense, brought by Agawam police and was sentenced to a 60 day term in the house of correction, suspended, with probation for one year. He also pleaded guilty to two charges of possession of a Class A drug and was sentenced to two one year terms, suspended, with probation for one year. In a separate case also brought by Agawam police, Shively pleaded guilty to an additional charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and was sentenced to a second concurrent 60 day term, suspended.
Kalynn A. Stark, 25, of 15 Jered Lane, Southwick, was released on her personal recognizance pending a May 29 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of operating an uninsured motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Southwick police.
Jason V. Burrell, 20, of 11 Ozark St., Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a May 29 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of being a person younger than the legal drinking age in possession of liquor and possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.
