4:21 p.m.: violation of a protective order, Kellogg Street, a caller reports a violation of a protective order, the responding officer reports the caller said that her husband sent her text messages in violation of an existing protective order;
4:48 p.m.: found property, East Main Street, a resident came to the station to surrender a debit card found at an East Main Street store, the desk officer reports the owner of the card could not be immediately contacted, the card was stored for safe keeping;
8:25 p.m.: motor vehicle violation, Southwick Road, a patrol officer reports a traffic stop, the operator’s license was found to be suspended, a criminal complaint was filed;

1:30 a.m.: motor vehicle violation, Main Street, a patrol officer reports he observed a vehicle operating on Main Street with a faulty headlight, the officer reports the vehicle was stopped and the operator’s license was found to be suspended, a criminal complaint was filed;
6:53 p.m.: motor vehicle violation, North Elm Street, multiple callers report a motor vehicle is operating erratically on North Elm Street, a patrol officer reports he observed a vehicle matching the description provided operating the wrong way on Friendly Way, the vehicle was stopped and the officer reports he observed an overpowering odor of alcohol when he spoke with the operator who acknowledged that she had been drinking liquor, the officer reports that when the operator exited the vehicle to perform a field sobriety check she not stand without assistance nor was she able to control her bladder, the woman was transported to Noble Hospital and criminal complaints for operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and for possession of an open container of liquor in a motor vehicle were filed;
8:51 p.m.: motor vehicle violation, North Elm Street, a patrol officer reports he observed a vehicle speeding and stopped it, the officer reports he observed an odor of marijuana, a city ordinance violation citation was filed;

12:34 a.m.: motor vehicle violation, Union Street, a patrol officer requests a tow for a vehicle found to have expired registration, the vehicle was towed to the police impound yard;
4:55 p.m.: loitering, Park Square, a patrol officer reports youths are playing with skateboards at Park Square, the officer reports that a boy with a skateboard he knew to have been previously advised of the rules regarding use of skateboards on the new stonework at the Green acknowledged previous warnings, a city ordinance violation citation was issued and the skateboard was seized;
5:11 p.m.: vandalism, Elm Street, a caller from an Elm Street bar reports “tagging” in a bathroom and damage to a box truck parked outside, the responding officer reports graffiti was found to have been applied to a truck owned by the bar owner;
7:53 p.m.: larceny, Little River Road, an officer responding to an abandoned 911 call from a Little River Road convenience store reports the clerk said that a described male party stole two cartons of cigarettes, the officer reports a search of the area did not yield a suspect.
